Termination Ho .K. Friedland & Associates will furnish a monthly statement to the City of Chula Vista on the lOth of each month following, showing all charges and/or debits incurred for the preceeding calendar month, This agreement roay be terminated upon five days ' written notice to H, K. Friedland & Associates , and the only cost to the City of Chula Vista will be upon the basis of the said monthly statements to date of termination, In no event shall the fee for the entire study be more than the said sum of $6 ,250.00 , and this paragraph is read in connection with the production schedule , fee , and conditions of work.
