RESOLUTION OF TFiE CITY COUNCIL OF TF�
CITY OF CHULA VISTA, CALIFOFtNIA, ORDER-
ING A REPORT UNDER THE SPECIAL ASSESS-
i+IFNT INVESTIGATION, LIMITATION AND
MAJORITY PROTEST ACT OF 1931,
(Vehicle Parking District No. 1)
WHEREAS, a petition was filed on March 21, 1961, and
a supplemental petition was filed on July 3, �961, in the office
of the City Clerk of the City of Chula Vista, California, for
the formation of a vehicle parking district' under the Vehicle
Parking District Law of 1943 (Part 1 of Division 18 of the Streets
and Highways Code), in the vicinity of E and F Streets and Church
and Landis Avenues in said city; and
Ylf�REAS, said City Clerk has caused said petition, to-
gether with said supplementa.l petition, to be checked and has
presented to this City Council said petitions and his certificate
that they are signed by the requisite number of qualified signers
as specified in Seetion 31530 of the Streets and Highways Code;
NOW, THEREF'ORE, the City Council of the City of Chula
Vista, California, DOES I�RF.BY RESOLVE, DETERA'IINE AND ORDER as
follows:
Section 1. That said petition, together with said
supplemental petition, and said certificate of the City Clerk
each contain all of the matters and things required by said Law
and that said petitions are signed by the requisite number of
qualified signers as speci£ied in said Section 31530 and consti-
tute in all respects a good and sufficient petition.
Section 2. That said proposed district shall be desig-
nated and referred to in the proceedings for the formation thereof
as "Vehicle Parking District No. 1 of the City of Chula Vista. "
