a trunk sewer elong, acros,s and. ben¢ ath that portion of Telegraph
' Canyon Roed which �is located in the unincorporat¢ d territory of the
County of' San Di¢ao and which i.s now a County hichway; and
U7HEREAS , the City of Chula Vista desires to obtain from + he County
of San Di`ego, pursuant to San Dieoo County Code of Re'gulatory Ordinences ,
Title 7, Diviston I , Chepters 1 to 5, inclusive, a permit to encroach
upon and excavate and cons �truct within said T¢ f¢greFh Canyon Road, a
trunk sewer as shown on City of Cfiula Vista drawinas � numbers 61 - 19L ,
61 -20L , 61 -21L , 61 -22L , 61 -23L , 61 -24L , 61 -25L , 61 -26L , Standard Detail

or th¢ Boerd of Suoervisors of said County an aoplication for end obtain
a permit to construct the portion of said Telegraph Canyon 5¢w¢r project
�' to be located within thaf portfon of 7eleoreph Canyon Road lying in
th¢ unincorporated territory of the County of San Di¢ go and to agree
on behalf of the City of Chula Vista that in the evenf such p¢rmi.t is
