Chula Vista resident. announced an upcoming potluck and dance by the Chula Vista Filipino-American Dance Club. Theresa Acerro, Chula Vista resident, spoke in opposition to the proposed aboveeround power lines at the planned energ~~ substation. MAYOR'S REPORTS Mayor Cox presented the proposed 20li/2014 Legislative Program. ACTION': Mayor Cox moved to adopt Resolution No. 2013-1 ~0, heading read. text waived. COUNCILMEMBERS' COMMENTS Deputy Mayor Bensoussan announced the following events: Installation of playground equipment by Kaboom! at Hilltop Park, the Living Coast Discovery Center's annual fundraiser. Bayfront Powwow, Chula Vista Day of the San Diego Repertory Theatre. and Harbor Fest. Councilmember Aguilar thanked Ms. Acerro for presenting the information on the proposed energy substation and stated she would consider the project further.
