The Planning Commission recommends apPrOval, subject to the following

1. The travEil-4:ay of Melrose Avenue be changed .to 40 feet.

The profile grade of Melro'se Avenue

3. That Melrose Avenue be graded e1ght feet,east of the easterly

5. The curb radius of cul~e-sac street shall be shown oil the map.
6. Sidewalks shall be constrUcted 0.5 feet off property line.

8. The map 'shall show 1 ft. lots along side and end of Melrose and at
the end of Myra~

Planning DirectOr for approval prior to submission of the final map.
