A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF C~uLA VISTA CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT FOR CERTAIN WORK PERFORMED UNDER CHA.PTER 27 6F THE 1911 ACT ON First Avenue & Glover~o Avenue RESOLUTION NO, 2609 . - !...-.<.~' ~ Councilman M"Allis.ter-- lUoved the adopt- ion of the following resolution: WHEREAS, there has been conducte~, pursuant to the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911, Chapter 27, certain proceedings for the installation of certain street improvements in certain streets of the City of Ghula Vista, and WHEREAS, said proceedings were duly carried out and said construction has been performed, and the Superintendent of Streets has filed with the City Council a Report, dated May 2, 1961 setting forth the work done, the costs of construction, the description of the property in front of which the work was done, am the assessment against each parcel or lot, proposed to be levied to pay the costs thereof, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: 10 That the hearing on said Report has been duly noticed and held, and any protests or objections made dur- ing said hearing were overruled, and said hearing has besn closed; 2. That the City Council has, during said hearing, heard and passed ~pon the Report of said Superintendent of Streets; 3, That the City Council hereby confirms said Report. and the assessments therein. , .'. ,\,' " ...... 618 Paragraph No. 4 Tbat the Superintendent of Streets shall file in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County a certificate substantially in the form contained in Section No. 5891 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.
