REpOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA
. VISTA DIRECTING THE CITY.A TTORNEY OF THE CITY OF
CHULA VISTA TO ANSWER THE PETITION FOR WRIT
OF MANDATE BROUGHT BY THE CITY OF SAN
DIEGO, AND TO JOIN IN SAID PETITION WITH
THE CITY OF SAN DIEGO

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE

AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Attorney of the City of Chula Vista be, and he
is hereby, authorized and directed to execute and file that certain Answer to

Petition for Writ of Mandate, a copy of which is,attached hereto, and to file
the same with the Superior Court of the State of California in and for the County

of San Diego.
SECTION 2. That the City of Chula Vista join with the City of San Diego
in said Petition for Writ of Mandate, above referred to, for the purpose of

having judgment ent~red in said cause of action as prayed for in said Petition.
