RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING TENTATIVE
SUllDIVISION MAP ENTITLED PRINCESS CREST SUBDIVISION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA DOES HEREBY RESGLVE
AS FOLLOliS:
Section 1:
WHEREAS tbere bas been presented to this Council. .
after approval and re~dation of the City Planning Commission of
the City of Chula Vista that certain tentative subdivision map known as
Princess Crest Subdivision
Section 2:
That the City Council does hereby approve said
tentative subdivision map in accordance trlth the recOlllIlIendations of said
Planning Commission and does bereby authorize tbe follotrlng changes.

Regarding: Princess Crest Subdivision - Tentative Map
Gent lemen:
The tentative map of the princess Crest Subdivision was considered at the
Planning Commission meeting of July 15, 19~3.
The Commission recommends approval of the tentative map subject to the
fol lowing conditions:
I. Street pattern shall be revised according to Planning Department studies
cutting Tiffany Way through to "A" Street and stopping Wyler Street at
Ti ffany Way.

3. Street shown as Lori Lane shall be extended to Telegraph Canyon Road and
shall be improved coincident with the development of the subdivision to
provide a 40 foot travel-way with curb and gutter on both sides.
4. All slopes shall be planted according to standard specifications of the
Planning Department.
5. The subdivider proposes a transition from the property line location of
sidewalk to a curb location. All transitions shall take place at street
intersections only.
6. A tea r drop des i gn sha 11 be used on all cu l-de-sacs.
7. A 5 foot easement for tree planting shall be provided contiguous to'each
side of the street right-of-way.
8. Asphaltic concrete thickness on steep slopes and collector type streets shall
be approved by the City Engineer.

9. A detailed drainage analysis of this subdivision shall be submitted and
storm drains provided as approved by the City Engineer.
10. Wherever drainage from this subdivision passes to adjacent property, sub-
divider shall provide the City with a liability release from the adjacent
proper ty owner.
II. Uti lity easements shall be provided on the rear lot lines, unless release
is secured by the subdivider from the utility companies.
12. Any cut sl?pes or fi 11 slopes beyond the boundaries of the subdivision shall
be accompaned by easements or other suitable documents from the affected
property owners.
