RESOLUTION No. 3145
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHULA VISTA AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF A QUIT CLAIM DEED TO ROBINHOOD HOMES, INC.
WHEREAS, ROBINHOOD HOMES, INC., has requested that the City
of Chula Vista convey certain real property in the City of Chula Vista
to it by means of a Quit Claim Deed to be executed by said City of
Chula Vista and
WHEREAS, the hearing before the Council on said claim and
request was heard before the said Council on Tuesday, the 18th day
of June, 1963, at the hour of 7:00 P.M. and
WHEREAS, the applicant ROBINHOOD HOMES, INC., appeared by and
through its attorneys, FREDMAN, KARPINSKI, SILVERBERG & SHENAS and
MILTON FREDMAN and ROBERT 'CASEY also appearing.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Council finds that in connection with certain sub-
divisions of applicant 'in the vicinity of Telegraph Canyon Road and
East "L" Street applicant agreed to install and did install certain
street improvements in the sum of.approximately $54,000.00; that it
was in contemplation of the parties that in consideration of the said
improvements and expenditures by ROBINHOOD HOMES, INC., that said
ROBINHOOD HOMES, INC., should receive the ownership of certain real
property described as:
That portion of Quarter Section 95 of Rancho de la
Nacion, in the City of Chula Vista, County of San
Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof "
No. 166, filed in the office of the County Recorder
of San Diego County, described as follows:
Beginning on the 'center line of said Road Survey No.
1086 at Station 44 plus 38.33 being the end of a
curve having a central angle of 33021'30" and a radius
of 1,200 feet; thence South 88050'43" East (South
88023'30" East, according to Road Survey 1086),
according to Robinhood Unit No. 5 per Map No. 4429
as filed in the office of the County Recorder of
San Diego County, State of California, a distance
of 106.24 feet; thence North 1009'17" East a distance
of 50 feet to a point on the Northerly right of way
line of said Telegraph Canyon Road, said point being
the true point of beginning; thence South 88050'43"

East a distance of 814.10 feet (814.56 feet accord-
ing to Robinhood Unit No.7), along the Northerly
right of way line of Telegraph Canyon Road; thence
Southerly, perpendicular to said Northerly right of
way line, a distance of 50 feet to a point on the
center line of said Telegraph Canyon Road, said
point also being on the Easterly prolongation of
the Northerly right of way line of Telegraph Canyon
Road in Robinhood Unit No.7, a radial line from
said point bears South 15056'00" East; thence South-
westerly a distance of 140.18 feet, along said
Northerly right of way line, being the arc of a
nontangent'curve having a radius of 1050 feet and
a central angle of 7038'57", to the Southerly right
of way line of Road Survey No. 1086; thence North
88050'43" West a distance of 367.49 feet to an

intersection with a non-tangent curve whose center
bears South 36015'05" West a distance of 550 feet;
thence Northwesterly a distance of 336.90 feet
along the arc of said non-tangent curve through a
central angle of 35005'48" to the true point of
beginning.
That both the City of Chula Vista and ROBINHOOD HOMES, INC., believed
that said ROBINHOOD HOMES, INC., owned or would acquire the reversionary
interest in and to said real property which said parcel at the time of
the transaction was part of street right of way; the City of Chula
Vista accordingly vacated its street right of way over said real
property; that thereafter it was discovered that the County of San
Diego owned the reversionary interest;
2. The Council further finds that the County of San Diego
is presently Quit Claiming said real property to the City of Chula
Vista so that Same might be conveyed to ROBINHOOD HOMES, INC.
3. It will effectuate the intention of the parties and the
agreement heretofore made between the City of Chula Vista and ROBIN-
HOOD HOMES, INC., to convey the hereinabove described real property
to ROBINHOOD HOMES, INC., by means of Quit Claim Deed.
4. The Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer are hereby

authorized to execute a Quit Claim Deed conveying said real property
hereinabove described to ROBINHOOD HOMES, INC.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF
CHULA VISTA, CALIFORNIA, this 18th day of
