HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1963-3102 , . < RESOLUTION No. 3102 RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE IN SEWER SERVICE FEE CHARGES AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER WHEREAS the City Council did adopt certain Rules of Interpretation and Procedure for Administration of Requests for Variance from Sewer Service Charges authorizing the Chief Administrative Officer to make recommendations to the City Council for adjustments and vari- ances in fees to be collected, and WHEREAS City Code 26.82.2 provides that in the case of commercial property used for a recreational purpose so that the water supplied is not substantially discharged into the sewers, a variance may be granted, and WHEREAS, the property occupied by Morris & Green, doing business as Hook and Slice Miniature Golf, located at 410 "F" Street, Chula Vista, California, is commercial property and a class of property subject to adjustment and variance by recommendation of the Chief Administrative Officer, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Council of the City of Chula Vista finds that the following property is commercial property used for recreational purposes so that the water supplied is not substantially discharged into the public sewer. 2. The Chief Administrative Officer has recommended that the sewer service charge be set at $1.60 per month. 3. The recommendation of the Chief Administrative Officer is hereby approved, ratified and adopted. .,- ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF CHULA VISTA, CALIFORNIA, this 23rd day of April 19l1.. by the following vote, to-wit: AYES: COUNCIUlEN Smith, DeGraaf, McAllister.
