RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING TENTATIVE
SUBDIVISION MAP ENTITLED BONITA COVE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA DOES HEREBY RESGLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1:
WHEREAS there bas been presented to tbis Council,
after approval and recommendation of tbe City Planning Commission of
tbe City of Chula Vista that certain tentative subd~.vision map known as
Bonita Cove
Section 2:
That tbe City Council does bereby approve said
tentative subdivision map in accordance witb tbe recommendations of said
Planning Commission and does hereby authorize the following changes,
additions and corrections to be made to said map:

Regarding: Bonita Cove - Revised Tentative Map
Gent lemen:
The Revised Tentative Map of the Bonita Cove Subdivision was considered
at the Planning Commission meeting of May 6, 1963.
The Commission recommends approval of the tentative map subject to the
following conditions:
I. Slope and erosion control on all slopes as per the City of San Diego
Slope Control Specifications.
2. Panhandle lots are approved, but each such lot shall grant easement
to adjacent lot so that each lot has 30 feet of access - these access
drives shall be 22 feet wide and pavement standard shall be approved
by City Engineer.
3. Curb and gutter shall be installed on both sides of all ~treet sections.
4. The subdivider shall submit-permanent slope right easements in all cases
where it is necessary to construct slopes adjacent to street rights-of-
way where such slopes wi 11 be constructed upon property not within the
subdivision.
5. Provide permanent storm drain easements in all instances where water
may be considered as being diverted or concentrated upon adjacent
private properties.
6. All permanent easements for storm drain, off-site sewer and/or slope
-. rights must be submitted prior to recordation of the final map. In addi-
tion, the subdivider shall submit evidence of having obtained all necessary
temporary construction easements to his own benefit.

7. Show utility easements at the rear .of "al1 lots, or,otherwise provide
letter~ from all utilities' to the effect that such easements are not
necessary for their use,
, 8. Water distribution systems shall be included upon all improvements
plans submitted to the City after' June 30,1963.'

identified as Street "A",partial section.
10. The typical crowns section on street "A" shall'be ex'tended to the
e,astedy subdivision boundary. The temporary cul-de-sac,shal'l be de-

at a later ~ate. '
