& Electric Company, a corporation. its successors and assigns, bereinafter caned the "Grantee," the rigbt, easement and
privilege of placing, erecting, connructing, repairmg, replacing. maintaining and using, a line of poles with wire5 suspended
thereon and all necessary and p1'oper guys., anchorage, crossarms, braces and other fixtures for use in connection therewith. at
such locations and elevations upon, ~ong and over the bereinafter described rigbt of way as Grantee may nOw or bereafter
deem convenient and necessary from time to time, for the transmil.sion and distribution of electricity for all purposes for which

Within the Easterly U.O feet of the above described property.
Provided. however, that this Right of way an.d ease!:lent shall terci.nate
and be of no turther force and effect when the property hereinaoove
described is opened as a public street, it being understood that in
that event, the Grantee shall have whatever rights they need through
and solely tT.f virtue of their franchise rights in public streets
within the City of Chula Vista.. ,

It is also understood and agreed by the parties hereto. that the Grantee may place, erect and maintain, on the lands of the
Grantor adjuent to the above described right of -way such anchon.ge as may be necessary to properly guy the power pole
line erected over said right of way_
Grantor and-n..its____._..successors in estate shall not erect or constnlct, or pencit to be erected or constructed, any build-
ing or other structure, plant any tree or trees. or drill any well or wells,. within the limits of wd right of way.
The Grantee is also hereby granted the right to trim any trees along or adjacent to said line of poles and wires whenever
considered by it necessary for tbe proper operation and use of the rights hereby granted.
