EIR-76-2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION ADOPTING AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT WHEREAS, the Chula Vista Public Works Department submitted an application fora draft Environmental Impact Report on the proposed alternatives for the widening of F Street between Fourth Avenue and Church Avenue, and WHEREAS, said application fora draft Environmental Impact Report was given independent review and analysis by the Planning Department, and WHEREAS, the Environmental Review Committee of the City of Chula Vista issued for public review a draft Environmental Impact Report on said project on April 15, 1976, and WHEREAS, legal notice of the availability of the draft Environmental Impact report for public review was given on April 18, 1976, and notice of completion was filed with the Secretary of Resources for the State of California, and WHEREAS, said draft Environmental Impact Report was available for review and scrutiny for a period in excess of 30 days, and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Chula Vista held a public hearing on said draft Environmental Impact Report on May 24, 1976. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: From the facts presented to the Planning Commission, the Commission finds that said Environmental Impact Report for three alternatives for the widening of F Street has been prepared in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, as amended, the California Administrative Code and the Environmental Review Policy of the City of Chula Vista, and hereby adopts said Environmental Impact Report as the City of Chula Vista's final Environmental Impact Report on said project. PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF CHULA VISTA, CALIFORNIA this 14th day of June, 1976, by the following vote, to-wit: AYES: Commissioners Pressutti, Johnson, Smith and Chandler NOES: Commissioner Starr ABSTAIN: Commissioner Floto ABSENT: None ATTEST: ~ Chairman ecretary
