EIR-73-16 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNTNG COMMISSION ADOPTING AN ENVTRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT WHEREAS, a Preliminary Draft Environmental Impact Report was filed by Windsor Park Enterprises, Inc. on September 17, 1973, and WHEREAS, a Draft Environmental Impact Report was filed on December 3, 1973, and WHEREAS, Windsor Park Enterprises, Inc. requested consideration of the Draft Environmental Tmpact Report leading to the preparation of the final Environmental Impact Report by the City of Chula Vista in the consideration of a Planned Unit Development and tentative subdivision map commonly known as Windsor Views, and WHEREAS, a notice of completion was sent to the Secretary of Resources of the State of California on December 5, 1973, and WHEREAS, said Draft Environmental Impact Report was posted and available for public scrutiny and review for a period of 21 days, and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of Chula Vista held a public hearing to take testimony on the Draft Environmental Impact Report on January 9, 1974, and WHEREAS, the Environmental Review Coordinator of the City of Chula Vista prepared a final Environmental Impact Report considering the Draft Environmental Impact Report, public comment on said draft and independent analysis, and WHEREAS, said final Environmental Impact Report was considered by the Planning Commission of the City of Chula Vista following said public hearing on January 23, 1974. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: 4 From the facts presented to the Commission, the Commission finds that in accord- ance with the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970 and Ordinance 1459 of the City of Chula Vista, said Environmental Impact Report on the proposed Planned Unit Development and tentative subdivision map for the project commonly known as Windsor Views, located on the north side of Telegraph Canyon Road slightly over one mile east of Freeway I-805, consisting of 66 dwelling units on 16.6 acres with associated rec- reational facilities, parking and landscaping, is hereby adopted as the City of Chula Vista Environmental Impact Report on said project. PASSED and APPROVED by the CITY PLANNING COMMISSION of CHULA VISTA, CALIFORNIA this 23rd day of January, 1974, by the following vote, to-wit: ~ AYES: Members Rudolph, Wilson, Rice, Chandler and Macevicz NOES: None ABSENT: None r.
