EIR-74-7 RESOLUTIOfJ OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSIOfJ ADOPTING AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT WHEREAS, an application fora Supplemental Environmental Impact Report was filed by Robinhood homes, Inc. on April 17, 1974, and 6JIJEREAS, after independent review and analysis of said application, the Environ- mental Review Committee of the City of Chula Vista issued a draft Supplemental Environ- mental Irnpact Report on P4ay 2, 1974, and WHEREAS, a Pdotice of Completion was sent to the Secretary of Resources of the State of California on May 6, 1974, and WHEREAS, said draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Report was available for public review and scrutiny for a period of 30 days, and lJfiEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Chula Uista held a public hearing on June 12, 1974 for the purpose of taking public testimony on said draft Supplemental _nvironmental Impact Report, and WHEREAS, the Environmental Review Coordinator of the City of Chula Vista prepared a final Environmental Impact Report considering the draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Report and public comment on said draft Supplemental, and WHEREAS, said Supplemental Final Environmental Impact Report was considered by the Planning Commission of the City of Chula Vista on June 26, 1974. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: From the facts presented to the Commission, the Commission finds that in accordance with the Environmental Quality Act of 1970 and Ordinance No. 1520 of the City of Chula Vista, said Supplemental Final Environmental Impact Report on the project commonly known as Rancho Robinhood No. 2 located west of Ella B. Allen Elementary School and north of Surrey Drive, consisting of 13 single family dwelling units on 4.6 acres, is _hereby adopted as the City of Chula Vista°s Supplemental Final Environmental Impact Report on said project. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Commission ofthe City of Chula Vista requested the applicant to consider the incorporation of a variety of dwelling types and price ranges within the project to the utilization of the precise plan process. PASSED and APPROVED by the CITY PLANNING COP4MISSION of CHULA VISTA, CALIFORNIA this 26th day of June, 1974, by the following vote, to-wit: AYES: Members Chandler, Starr, Rice and Wilson - NOES: Member Rudolph ABSENT: Mer~7ber Floto r' ~q/~ Chairman ATTEST: Secretary
