EIR-73-8 I' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION ADOPTING 1 AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT ~ WHEREAS, a Draft Environmental Impact Report was filed by AVGO Community Developers, Inc. on the 4th day of April, 1973, and WHEREAS, AVCO Community Developers, Inc. requested consideration of - the Draft Environmental Impact Reportas the City of Chula Vistas-Environmental - Impact Report in the consideration of a Planned iTnit Development and tentative subdivision map fora 574_unit--single family, two- three- and four-plex-:I development and a 3 acre commercial site on approximately 10S acres located at the east side of Brandywine Avenue approximately 1300 feet north of Otay - _ Valley Road, and - ~ ' ~ WHEREAS, said Draft Environmental Impact Report was posted and available for public scrutiny and review for a period of twenty working days,. 'and -WHEREAS, the Planning Commission set tY,e time and place for a hearing to consider acid Environmental Zmpact Report, and notice of said hearing, together with its purpose, was given by the publication in a newspaper of general circula- tion in the City at least 1C days prior to the date of said hearing, and - WHEREAS, a hearing was held at said time and place, namely 7:0.0 p. m. , May 12, 1973 in the Council Chamber, Civic Center,'-276 Fourth Avenue, before the ' ~ Planning Conunission and said hearing was thereafter closed. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:' From the facts presented bo the Commission, the Gommissionfinds that, in accordance with the Environmental Quality Act of 1970, said Draft Environmental Impact Report for the project of Brandywine Units 3 and 4, is hereby adopted ~ - as revised bythe Environmental Review Coordinator in his report of'May 16; 1973 as the City of Chula Vista's Environmental Impact report on said Planned. Unit I ' Development and tentative subdivision map. _ - PASSED and APPROVED by the CITY PLANNING COMMISSION ofCHULA VISTA, CALIFORNIA this 21st dayof May, 1973; by the fallowing vote, to-wit: I AYES: Members Whitten, Macevicz, Chandler, Rice, Rudolph and Swanson NOES: None ABSENT: Member Wilson - ATTEST: - ~ Chairman Sec etary
