RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE 0r THE PRUYOSED ANNEXATION TO

IN THE COWiTY OP SAN DIEGO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, TO BE RNOWN AS
GREG ROGERS PARK ANNEXATION

That pursuant to the terms and provisions of the Annexation
of Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939:
NOTICB IS fiEREBY GIVEN of the proposed annexation to, and
incorporation and .inclusion in, the City of Chula Vista of certain
uninhabited territory in the County of San Diego contigous to the
City of C17ula Vista. The boundaries of the territory so'proposed to
be annexed to the City of Chula Vista are more particularly described
as follows:
