ANllERSON , INC . self-service car wash W1iERSA3, on November 16, 1964 the Planning Cc~ission held s Public Hearing on the application of Truman H, Anderson, Inc. for a Conditional Use Permit for self-service car wash on the property located west of Third Avenue. 175' south of "K" Street and titIHREAS, the Planning Cos®isaion, following said hearing, adopted a Resolution, with findings, recommending the granting of said Conditional Use Petmlt, paid permit being subject to certain conditions., and WHRRBAS, pursuant to Section 16,54 of Ordinance Hon 398 the said recamuendation of the Planning Commission appeared on the Agsnda of the City Council, sad WHEREAS, the said City Council has revri+~wed said rec~andation and findings of the Planning Commission and all docuwants on file in connection with said application for Conditional Use Permit, NOiJ, THEREFORE, be it resolved and the City Council finds as fallows< 1, That aald action of the Planning Canmisaion, together with said findings recaemeading the granting of said Conditional Uae Pesmit, subject to the conditions set forth therein, to Truman E, Anderson, Inc, for a self-service car wash ova the psoparty locatede west of Third Avenue, 175' south of "I{" Street and ire particularly described in the ~~lat attached heret3o, is hereby affirmed, snd said Conditional Uae Permit ,s hereby authorized as recommended by the Planning Commission, 2, The City Clerk shall comply with the provisions of Section 16056 sub-paragraph 2 of Ordinance No, 398, 3, Subject to applicant connecting to the sewer at the time it becomes available. In accordance with the attached resolution, the Commission recommends approval of the conditional use permit. The motion -for approval was unanimous. Members Stevenson and Comstock were absent.
