HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1964-3598 RESOLUTION N0. 3598 , RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA APPROVING THE AGREEPhENT BET64EEN THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ARID THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO FOR .THE MAINTEIQANCE OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT TAE INTERSECTION OF BROADWAY AND "C" STREETS The City Council of the City of Chula Vista hereby resolves as follows:" NObv THE RE FORE,.BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby approve `that certain agreement between the City of Chula Vista, a municipal corporation, and the County of San Diego, a body politic and corporate, providing for the joint participation in the maintenance of traffic control devices at the intersection of Broadway and "C" Streets. A copy of said agreement is attached hereto and. incorporated herein, the _ same. as though fully set forth herein.
