Loma Verde Park Annexation RESOLUTION No. 3535 RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA //F/Y3~"k9~p'v~ IN THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, TO BE E190WN AS: LObiA VERDE PARK AARdEXATION THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLONS: That purauanl' to the terms and provisions of the Annexation of Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the proposed annexation to, and incorporation and inclusion in, the C1ty of Chula Vista of certain uninhabited territory in the County of San Diego contiguous to the City of Chula Vista. The boundaries of the territory so proposed to be annexed to the City of Chula Vista are more particularly described as follows: 1 That the said tenitasy is hereby designated as: Loma Verde Park Annexation NGTICE IS PilRTHER GIVEN that on the 1st day of Decemb er 1964 at the hour of ~~~~ o'clock P.li. in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Civic Centez, Chula Vista, California, at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City, any person owning real property within such territory proposed to be annexed and having any objections to the propased annexation, may appea.- before the City Council and show cause why such territory should not be ao ac:nexed. At any time not later than the said hour set for hearing objections to the proposed annexation, any owner of property within the territory proposed to be annexed may file written protest against the proposed annexation. Stich protest shall state the name os names of the owner or owners of the property affected thereby and the description and area of such property in general terms. NOTICE IS FURTHBR GIVEN that proceedings are hereby initiated by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista, and that the said City Council desires said annexation for the following reasons: 1. The uninhabited territory. proposed to be annexed is contiguous to the City of Chula Vista, and in the path of the natusal expansion of the residential district of the said City. 2. The said City Council desires the development of this uninhabited territory, so far as possible, to conform to the minimtm standards established by the subdivision, sanitation and building ordinances of the City of Chula Vista. 3.
