HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1964-3283 RESOLUTION N0. 3283 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING SECOND AVENUE SEWER FACILITIES AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does resolve as follows: 1. The City Council does hereby accept from the Sweetwater High". School District ownership of a six-inch diameter sewer pressure line running in Second Avenue from Castle Park Junior High School to Oxford Street approximately one thousand six hundred fifty (1,650) feet and agrees to maintain same. 2. The City of Chula Vista hereby authorizes the City Clerk to execute such document or certificate as may be necessary pursuant to Government Code Section 27281 for the proper recordation of the in- strument conveying said sewer to the City of Chula Vista. 3. The City Council hereby appropriates the sum of $1.00 as consideration for said conveyance and authorizes the City Finance Officer to pay same to the Sweetwater High School District.
