RESOLUTION OP 'iHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
^ CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR
SANITARY SEWER PURPOSES
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista hereby resolves
as follo4rs:'
• That certain grant of an easement in .real property for the
construction., maintenance and operation of a sanitary sewage
structure, executed by Pacific Homes, a California Corporation,
to the City of Chula Vista. dated August 2, 1963, a copy of
which is attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof, the
same as though fully set forth herein, be and the same is
hereby accepted by .the said City of Chula Vista, California.

.DESCRIPTION OF SEWER EASEMENT TO BE GRANTED TO THE'
CITY OF CHULA VISTA
In consideration of the vacation of portions of existing easements for sanitary sewer
purposes over the said real property, as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached, by.the
- City of Chula Vista, Pacific Homes a California. Corporation, does hereby grant to
the City of Chula Vista, a Municipa~ Corporation, .organized and existing under and.
by virtue of the laws of the State of California, its successors or assigns, a per-
petual easement and right-of-way for, and the.,right to excavate for reconstruct,
operate, clean, maintain, and use a sanitary sewer and a{~purtenan~ structures in,
on, under, and across that certain real property situated in the City of Chula Vista,
County of San Diego, State of California, and more particularly described as
follows: - _
1, All that portion of Lot 19 1/4 Section 136, Rancho De La Nacion,
Map Noe 505, Records of San Diego County, California, lying
within a strip of land 10 feet in width, the aide lines of which are
5 feet measured at right angles from:the centerline and its pro-
longationa, said centerline being described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the northerly line of said Lot 19, said
point being distant 281, 84 feet northeasterly fro the north-
westerly corner of said Lot ~9 thence south 47 12° 21" east
1940 42 feet, thence south 24 ~5' 03" east 1200 82 feet to a
point in the southerly line of said Lot 19 said point being
distant 2330 84 feet southwesterly from t{~e abutheasterly corner
of said-Lot 190

its successors or assigns, whenever and wherever necessary for the purposes
above set forth,

EASEMENT (SEWER)
Reserving, however, to the grantor of the easement herein dedicated, his successors
or assigns, the continued use of the surface of the said real property subject, however,
to the following conditions: The erecting of buildings, concrete or masonry walls, fences
and other structures, or the installation of privately owned pipelines shall be prohibited
unless written permission is first obtained from the City of Chula Vista.

southeasterly 3310 4 feet, more or leas, to a point in the southerly line of said
