ACCEPTING BIDS, AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE "OXFORD STREET
SIDEWALK INSTALLATION BETWEEN BROADWAY AND FIFTH AVENUE [CIP
NO. STL368, FEDERAL PROJECT NO. HSIPL 5203 (035)]" PROJECT TO TRI-GROUP
CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $160,994,
WAIVING CITY COUNCIL POLICY NO. 574-O1 AND AUTHORIZING THE
