CASEY) The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby .resolve as follows: 1. That certain sewer easement heretofore existing in favor of the-City of Chula Vista across that certain real property described as' follows:. That portion of the existing 20 foot wide sewer easement in the vacated portion of Telegraph Canyon Road in Quar- ter Section 95 of Rancho de la Nacion according to the Map thereof No. 166, San Diego County Records, that is bounded on the west by a line that is parallel with and 10 'feet northeasterly of the following described Course "A" and the northwesterly extension thereof, and that is bounded on the east by a line that is parallel with and 10 feet northwesterly of the following described Course "B" and the northeasterly extension thereof. Said Courses "A" and "B" are described as follows: Beginning at a point on the center line of said vacated Telegraph Canyon Road that is South 88°50'43" East a dis- tance of 145.44 feet and North°1°09'17" East a distance of 50 feet from the most westerly corner of Lot 332 of Robinhood Unit No. 7 Subdivision according to Map thereof No. 4964, San Diego County Records; Thence from said point of beginning South~35°50'43" East a distance of 36.31 feet, being Course "A"; Thence South 88°50'43" East a distance of 207.30 feet; Thence North 38°09'17" East a distance of 36.31 feet, being Course "B", to the centerline of said vacated Tele- graph Canyon Road; is hereby declared and ordered vacated. 2.
