HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1964-3397~" .. ~ .. - RESOLUTION N0. 3397 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA APPROVING AMENDMENT TO CONDITIONS RELATIVE TO PRINCESS MANOR SUBDIVISION MAP WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has approved an amendment to certain conditions pertaining to PRINCESS MANOR Subdivision Map and specifically approving a change in access street to~the said subdivi- sion from MONSERATE STREET to RIENSTRA STREET, NOW, THEREFORE, BS IT RESOLVED as follows: 1, The amendment to the conditions changing the access street of MONSERATE STREET to RIENSTRA STREET as recommended by the Planning Commission by action taken May 18, 1964, a copy of which report and transmittal letter to the City Council is attached hereto, is hereby approved and the conditions attached to the PRINCESS MANOR Subdivision Map are hereby amended accordingly. 2. Subdivider shall post a faithful performance bond in the sum of $ $0.000.00' for the completion o£ MELROSE STREET from QUINTAIm STREET southerly to the south line of Rancho de la Nacion. The posting of said bond shall be a condition precedent to the approval of the final map of any unit of PRINCESS MANOR Subdivision. 3. The.C.lerk is directed to serve a copy of this Resolution , by mail on PRINCESS PARK ESTATES,. INC. DATED: City Clerk DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING May 20, 1964 City o~ C~nuQa ~1lista CALIFORNIA The Honorable Mayor and City Council of the City of Chula Vista Civic Center Chula Vista, California Subject: Modification of Tentative Map - Princess Manor Subdivision Gentlemen: At the Planning Commission meeting held Monday, May 18, 1964, con- sideration was given to a request from Princess Park Estates, Inc., to modify their tentative map ih regard to the offsite street access to the Princess Manor Subdivision. It was the unanimous decision of the Commission to approve the re- quested change by the extension of Rienstra Street rather than providing access to the subdivision via an extension of Monserate Avenue. The following conditions were imposed: The developer shall pave the unpaved one-half of Rienstra from Hilltop Street to the westerly boundary of Castle View Unit No. 1 Subdivision. 2. Two houses at the easterly end of Rienstra Street shall be re- moved to allow the most direct extension of Rienstra Street. to the Princess Manor Subdivision boundary. Respectfully submitted, ruce H.
