Subject: Modification of Tentative Map - Princess Manor Subdivision
Gentlemen:
At the Planning Commission meeting held Monday, May 18, 1964, con-
sideration was given to a request from Princess Park Estates, Inc.,
to modify their tentative map ih regard to the offsite street
access to the Princess Manor Subdivision.
It was the unanimous decision of the Commission to approve the re-
quested change by the extension of Rienstra Street rather than
providing access to the subdivision via an extension of Monserate
Avenue. The following conditions were imposed:
The developer shall pave the unpaved one-half of Rienstra from
Hilltop Street to the westerly boundary of Castle View Unit
No. 1 Subdivision.
2. Two houses at the easterly end of Rienstra Street shall be re-
moved to allow the most direct extension of Rienstra Street.
to the Princess Manor Subdivision boundary.
Respectfully submitted,
ruce H. Warren
