City 'of Chula Vista Civic Center Chula Vista, California Gentlemen: The revised tentative map of Mylo Ocean View Estates was con- sidered at the Planning Commission meeting of April 20, 1959• The -0ommission reconm~ends that this map be approved subject to the following conditions: 1. Oxford Street be approved with a 6U-foot right-of-way rather than an 80-foot right-of-way. 2. One foot lots be reserved, as per Director of Planning. 3. A17: cut and fill slopes be according to specifications of FHA, including the planting of slopes. 11• All recommendations o£ theEngineering Department be com- plied with. 5. It be recommended to the subdivider that an additional 6 feet along the south of the centerline: of Oneida be improved to effect a.2h-foot paved travel way, if the subdivider is able to obtain the land from the owner.
