The Planning Commmission approved the map and. recommends to the City Council that it be accepted subject to the following conditions: 1. That setbacks shown as 10 feet around the cul-de-sacs on Monterey Court and Mission Court be increased to 15 feet. 2. .All other setbacks be approved as shown. 3.
