This subdivision is located east of the Bay View Baptist Church site.. The Planning Commmission approved the map and. recommends to the City Council that it be accepted subject to the following conditions: 1. That setbacks shown as 10 feet around the cul-de-sacs on Monterey Court and Mission Court be increased to 15 feet. 2. .All other setbacks be approved as shown. 3. That the dimension on the diagonal property line between lots 114 and 115 be changed to read 136.80 rather than 186.80. 4.
