At its meeting of December 1st, the Planning Commission con-
sidered the final map of Suburban Heights No..l Subdivision
located south of Palomarand east of Hilltop.., The Panning
Commission recommends that this map be approved, subject to
the following conditionss .
1. That a sewer easement, as recommended by the Engineering
DeFa rtment, be dedicated to Chula Vista before the dedi-
cation of the right-oP--way of the pastern hal£ of Hill-
top Drive to the County of San Diego.
2.' Final engineering check.

final mao of said subdivision and accept the same for recordation.
