DATED: C C r ~w ~s~a-~ DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING November 21, 1958 The Honorable Mayor and City Council o£ th© City of Chula Vista Civic Center Chula Vista, Cal ifornia Gentlemen: The tentative map of Stardust Subdivision located on the north side of "J" Street, east of Gretchen Road was considered at the Planning Commission meeting of November 17th. The Commission approved the map and recommends that it be accepted subject to the follovring conditions: ,', 1. That 1' lots at the north end of Melrose and Myra and at the .east end of °J" be dedicated. 2. That the folloru ng setbacks be establishedc a. Melrose and,ls4yra- 20 feet b. "J" Street - 10 feet c. Lots 27, 28, 29 and 30 on B4elrose - 15 feet 3. Lots have a minimum 7000 square feet in area. 1~. Compliance with Engineering llepartment requirements. 5• A temporary turn-around be established at the no?•th end of Myra and Melrose. 6.
