THE CITY COUPICIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLIAS9S:
All or a portion of that certain real property made by Deed, executed
by Ocean Heights Development Co, to the Gity of Chula
Vista, dated the 18th day of April ,19 53 , aad accepted by
Resolution No. 1431 of the City Council of the City of Chula Vista is hereby
official]y named
zitn~ dedicated to public use for street and higk-viay purposes. The property so
dedicated or portion thereof is fully described on the attached shset and by this
refereneo is made a part hereof; the same as though fully set forth herein.
