Gentlemen:
Tentative maps of Cindy Park Subdivision, lying
north of the Baptist Church Annexation on the ext-
ension of_Inkopah Street, xere considered at the
Planning Commission meeting of. November 3, 1958•
The Commission wishes to recoRaaend to the City
Council that this map be accepted subject to the
following conditions:
1. That all Engineering Department
recommendations be met. .
2. That 1 ft..Lot A be dedicated on
the north and south end of Melroae
and along the eastern line of Melrose.
