DEDICATING AND NAMING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY •SAID CITY FOR STREET AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: That certain grant of real property, made by grant deed, executed by THE CHASE MANHATTAN BANK dated the 17thday of Mav 19 65, a copy of which is_ attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby accepted and dedicated to public use for street and highway purposes by the City of Chula Vista. Cole City Engineer City of Chula Vista Cnu1a Vista, California Dear Mr. Lane: This refers to your letter of February 10, 1965, directed to the attention of our Mr. W. J. Ottman, regarding the service station property located at the Plorthwest Corner 3rd Avenue and "L" Street, in Chula Vista, and to subsequent telephone conversation with our Mr. Jackson. Grant Deed transmitted with your above referenced letter, is returned herewith, in duplicate. As Mr. Jackson pointed out to you, this Deed had to be rewritten inasmuch as the conveyance is coming from our Lessor, and not Richfield. Also attached is the fully executed origi- nal of the rewritten Grant Deed, which, as you will note, has been co- signed by Richfield. When this document is placed of record, it will be appreciated if you will furnish the undersigned the recording data, including document number, book and page number and date recorded.
