Mr. Lane F. Cole
City Engineer
City of Chula Vista

Dear Mr. Lane:
This refers to your letter of February 10, 1965, directed to the
attention of our Mr. W. J. Ottman, regarding the service station
property located at the Plorthwest Corner 3rd Avenue and "L" Street,
in Chula Vista, and to subsequent telephone conversation with our
Mr. Jackson.
Grant Deed transmitted with your above referenced letter, is returned
herewith, in duplicate. As Mr. Jackson pointed out to you, this Deed
had to be rewritten inasmuch as the conveyance is coming from our
Lessor, and not Richfield. Also attached is the fully executed origi-
nal of the rewritten Grant Deed, which, as you will note, has been co-
signed by Richfield.
When this document is placed of record, it will be appreciated if
you will furnish the undersigned the recording data, including
document number, book and page number and date recorded.
Very truly yours,
~~~~~ A ~
