ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA AMENDING CHULA VISTA MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 2.52.040(A) TO ADJUST THE CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTION LIMIT TO $310.00 FOR ANY ELECTION HELD ON OR AFTER JANUARY 1, 2014 (SECOND READING AND ADOPTION) (City Clerk) Staff recommendation: Council adopt the ordinance. 4. RESOLUTION OF THE C[TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA APPROVING PARTICIPATION IN A STATEWIDE GRANT APPLICATION IN RESPONSE TO THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY'S ROOFTOP SOLAR CHALLENGE II AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS IN CONJUNCTION WITH IMPLEMENTING THE GRANT AGREEMENT (Director of Public Works) Staff recommendation: Council adopt the resolution. 7. FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF HERITAGE ROAD (Assistant City Manager/Director of Development Services) B. RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA AUTHORIZING BALDWIN AND SONS, LLC.
