ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE EASTERN URBAN CENTER PLANNED COMMUNITY DISTRICT REGULATIONS AND DESIGN PLAN (FORM BASED CODE) FOR 207-ACRES OF LAND IN THE EASTERN URBAN CENTER PORTION OF OTAY RANCH (SECOND READING AND ADOPTION) (Assistant City Manager/Director of Development Services) Staff recommendation: Council adopt the ordinance. 4. RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA APPROVING AGREEMENT #88-2012 BETWEEN THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA AND THE SAN DIEGO UNIFIED PORT DISTRICT FOR CITY POLICE, FIRE, AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED ON PORT DISTRICT LANDS WITH PAYMENT FOR THE SERVICES TO THE CITY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY (Police Chief and Fire Chief) Staff recommendation: Council adopt the resolution. 11.
