The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve
as follows:
Section 1. That certain agreement to lease, dated September
153 196., between the Gity of Chula Vista, Lessor and .A. B. EZ,LINGTON
or his appointeesi Lesseesi a copy' of which is attached hereto and by
this reference incorporated herein be, and the same is hereby approved.
Section 2. That the M ayar of the City of Chula Vista is hereby
authorized to execute the same for and on behalf of the City of Chula
Vista.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the
CITY OF CHULA VISTA, CALIFORNIA, this 22n~lay of September
19 64 , by the following vote, to-wit:

This agreement entered into this 1st day of September, 154, between.

Witnesseth:
1. City agrees to lease to lessees certain. real property more
particularly described in that certain document e.r.titled "Lease Agreement

between the City of Chula Vista as Lessor and e.~ D. JTLTTdi~TOTw or his
appointees as Lessees (PGrtiGn Of "F'~ Stree~ SO'f1G01 Site)" herelP.-
after referred to as "lease agreeent", a true cony of which is attached
marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference thereto as
though here set forth in full.
2. Said lease shall be upon the urns Ural conditions as set fo-~th
in said lease agreement. As a Condition precedent to the execution of said
"lease agreement" by the City of Chula Vista, lessees agree to furnish the
City of Chula Vista with a certified copy of a lease with the State of
California, Department of Employment as lessees and showing said ^s, B.

office building of approximately 5,150 square feet for a minimum five-year
period, to be used by the said Department of Employment, located on the
premises described in said Exhibit "A".
3. Said condition referred to in paragraph 2 shall be performed
by lessees by December 1, 1954, or this agreement shall be of no force or
effect.
