The City Council hereby gives Notice that it Intends to va- cate that certain easement for drainage purposes over real property described as follows: That portion of a 10 foot easement for drainage purposes across Lots 254, 255, 256, 257 of Clairevista Subdivision Unit C, as shown on recorded map thereof No. 2628 on file Iii- the Office of the County Recorder, County of San Diego, State of California, the centerline of said easement is described as follows : Beginning at the most Southerly corner of said Lot 254; Thence North 19°10' 53 " West, along the Easterly line of said •ot, 42 feet; Thence South 70°49' 07" West 6. 00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; Thce continuing South 70°49 ' 07 " West 47. 22 feet; Thence South 65°56 ' West 168.49 feet; , Thence South 32°56 ' West 74. 00 feet; Thence South 65°56 ' West 50. 00 feet to the Westerly line of said Lot 257 ; The Westerly terminus of the Northerly and Southerly lines of said vacation to be a line parallel with and 5. 00 feet Easterly of the Westerly line of said Lot 257. !.
