R . sxATTt~x For Tract sales office & sign WHER33AS, on August 17, 1964 the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing on the application of~~R~ Shattuck for a Conditional Use Permit for Tract sales office & sign on the property located 490 East J Street and WHEREAS, the Planning CommissionB following said hearing, adopted a Resolution, with findings, recommending the granting of said Conditional Use Permit, said permit being subject to certain conditions, and W~iBRSAS, pursuant to Section 16054 of Ordinance Non 39$ the said racaomendation of the Planning Commission appeared oh the Agenda of the City Council, and WBBRBAS, the said City Council has reviewed said recommendation and findings of the Planning Commissions and all documents on file i~a connection with said application for Conditional Us: Permit, NOUI, THEREFORE, be it resolved and the City Council finds as follows: 1. That said action of the Planning Commission, together with said findings recommending the granting of said Conditional- . Use Permit, subject to the conditions set fozth therefny to J.R. Shattuck for __ tract sales office & sign on: the property locatedo 490 Bast J Street and more particularly described in the plat attached hereto, is hereby affirmed, and said Conditional Use Permit is hereby aurhorited as recommended by-the Planning Commission. 20 Tha City Clark shall comply with the provisions of Section 16A56 sub-paragraph 2 of Ordinance Non 39$.
