RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA
ACCEPTING, DEDICg1TING AND NAMING REAL PROPERTY IN THE SAID CITY

THE CITY.~COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That certain dedication of real property made by
Deed executed by Jdmes C. Patten and Jerrine D. Patten and Creaser
and 6darwick, a Ca i ornia Corporation
in the City of Chula Vista, dated the 7th. day of Feb. 19 64
a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a
part hereof the same as though fully set forth herein, be, and
the same is, hereby accepted and dedicated to public use for
street and highway purposes by the said City of Chula Vista.
SECTION 2. That said property is hereby officially named

ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF CHULA
VISTA, CALIFORNIA, this 10th day of March, 19 64 by
the following vote, to-wit:
AYES; COUNCILMEN DeGraaf, McMains, McAllister, Menzel, Smith
