Z THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF C~IETLA VISTA DOES HEREIIY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: WHEREAS there has been presented to this Councils after approval and recc~s-endation of the City Planning Commission of the City of Chula Vista that certain tentative subdivision mag known as Kenwood Village No. 7 _ Section 2: That the City Council does hereby approve said tentative subdivision map in accordance with the recommendations of said Planning Commission and does hereby authorise the following changes, additions and corrections to be made L•o said map: • . 'Ci-/tiC Center •,\~S .`~' ~ '..n^' ~~ o ~ LIfORNl/1 CN DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING March 5, 1963 The Honorable Mayor and City Council of the City of Chula Vista Civic Center Chula Vista, California - Kenwood Village No. 7 Regarding: Tentative Map Gentlemen: At the Planning Commission meeting of March 4, 1963, the tentative map of the Kenwood Village No. 7 Subdivision was considered. The Commission recommends approval of the tentative map subject to the follow- ing conditions: 1. Setbacks for existing buildings shall be observed on Lot 2. 2. Existing sheds shall be removed. 3, Wall along street frontage on Lot 6 shall be removed. 4. Entrance to Lots 4 and 5 shall be surfaced. 5. Lot 4 and Lot 5 shall have joint use of the 25 foot access. 6. Show method of providing sewer to Lots 4, 5 and 6. 7. Sidewalk shall be constructed to City standards on Halsey Street. $. One driveway shall be constructed for each lot. 9. Show typical section on Fifth Avenue. 10.
