HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1966-4088Form No. 342 RESOLUTION NO. 4088 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA AND THE MONTGOMERY SANITATION DISTRICT AND THE CHULA VISTA CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF SEWER INSTALLATION COSTS AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAME The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: That that certain agreement between the City of Chula Vista, a municipal corporation, and the Montgomery Sanitation District and the Chula Vista City School District for the reimbursement of sewer installation costs dated the Q 7 day of _ J ~chF 19~~ a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of said City. Chula Vista agrees to impose and collect a connection fee of Three hundred ar_d r'i.f ty Dollars (.~y350.00j for each direct service co_nection to that portion of the sewer line constructed by t:_~e School District runr_ing \ortherly from Main Street in Chula Vista to its Loma Verde School site lying within the incorporated area of Ghula ~.%ista, which said section of said sewer line is more particularly delineated in yellow on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, and to transmit said fees ir_ the manner established in Section 2 of this agreement, provided, how- ever, the pro_tierties fronting on Main Street in Cr~~ula Vista shall riot be subject to such connection fee for a distd.rce of 200 feet Northerly :'rim the North line of Fain Street as it existed on October 13, 190.
