RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA
ACCEPTING GRANT OF° EASEMENT FROM THE CHULA VISTA CITY
SCHOOL DISTRICT
FOR DRAINAGE PURPOSES
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows
That certain grant of easement for drainage purposes
executed by The Chula Vista City School District
dated the 11th day of April 19 66, a copy of which is
attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as
though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby accepted by
the said City of Chula Vista for drainage purposes.
