CITY OF CHULA VISTA STAFF COMMENTARY ON AGENDA ITEM NO. 8 _ CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF: January 4, 1972 ITEM TITLE: Resolution -- Accepting public improvements in Windsor Heights Subdivision INITIATOR: Director of Public Works - City Engineer ACTION REQUESTED: Approval of resolution Copy of Resolution © Ordinance ❑ Agreement ❑ Plat ❑ attached BACKGROUND The improvements in Windsor Heights have been completed by the subdivider, Windsor Park Enterprises, in accordance with the. original agreement dated February 2, 1971. This subdivision consists of 57 lots. It was recorded on February 11, 1971. It is located at the end of Sheffield Court. A final inspection was made on December 15, 1971, and all of the public improvements in the subdivision have been completed to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works and in accordance with the requirements of the City. Supporting information: (Use other side if necessary) The improvements in Windsor Heights have been completed by the subdivider, Windsor Park Enterprises, P. O. Box 326, National City 92050 in accordance with the original agreement dated February 2, 1971. , This subdivision consists of 57 lots. It was recorded on February 11, 1971. It is located at the end of Sheffield Court. A final inspection was made on December 15, 1971, and all of the public improvements in the subdivision have been completed to the satisfaction of the Public Works Director and in accordance with the requirements of the City.
