RESOLUTION N0. 4138 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA APPROVING AND ADOPTING AMENDMENTS TO RULE II OF THE CIVIL SERVICE RULES AND REGULATIONS The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Chula Vista has annually, upon the recommendation of the Civil Service Commission, amended those sections of Rule II of the Civil Service Rules and Regulations which establishes a classification and compensation or salary plan and assigns ranges of compensation for all classified employees in the service of the City, and WHEREAS, the Civil Service Commission has heretofore sub- mitted a Classification and Compensation Plan for the Fiscal Year 1966-67, and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said Classification and Compensation Plan and concurs with the recommendations set forth therein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that the Classification and Compensation Plan for the Fiscal Year 1966-67, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof be, and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and that Rule II of the Civil Service Rules and Regulations be, and the same is hereby amended to reflect such revision. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Personnel Officer be, and he is hereby directed to cause such changes and modifications to be incorporated in the Rules and Regulations of the Civil Service Commission.
