HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1966-4119RESOLUTION NO. 4119 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ESTABLISHING THE PROPER ALIGNMENT OF ORANGE AVENUE The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 22, 1966, the City Council directed the Planning Commission to study possible alternate alignments for Orange Avenue between First Avenue and Princess Manor Subdivision, and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has prepared a report analyzing four possible alignments for said portion of Orange Avenue, and has recommended that Alternate D be established as the future alignment of Orange Avenue, and WHEREAS, .the City Council, after consideration and review of the Planning Commission's report and recommendation, concurs that Route D alignment of Orange Avenue is the most economically feasible and least disruptive of all possible routes analyzed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that Alternate Route D alignment of Orange Avenue, as recommended by the Planning Commission and as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, be, and the same is hereby approved.
