Campbell City Clerk City Hall Chula Vista, California. Dear Mr. Campbell: This will acknowledge receipt of Council Resolution No. 4213 relating to support and passage of legislation which would reduce to 60% the affirmative vote required on municipal general obligation bonds. As you are perhaps aware, this subject was included as one of the Conference Resolutions considered at the Business Session of the League at its Annual Meeting in San Diego. The Resolution was passed and, of course, becomes basic League policy. We are pleased that this action is concurred in by the City Council of Chula Vista.
