RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA
ACCEPTING, DEDICATING AND NAMING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN
SAID CITY FOR STREET AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
That those certain grants of real property, made by grant
deeds, executed by MYRTLE L. BRIGGS, GEORGINA E. WALES, ELBERT R &
MARJORIE J. SINRAM, LLOYD J. & PAULINE L. REUTER, WILLIAM TRAVIS and
LOIS EMELINE HUDSON, and EUGENE FLOYD & KATHRYN MAE SMITH, copies of
which are attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof,
the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same are hereby
accepted and dedicated to the public use for street and highway
purposes by the City of Chula Vista.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said real property is hereby
officially named FOURTH AVENUE.
