RESOLUTION N0. 4344
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA
PROVIDING FOR THE SPECIAL APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS
FOR MISCELLANEOUS IMPROVEMENTS AT FRED H. ROHR PARK
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Chula Vista is
authorized by the City Charter, Section 1105, to amend or supplement
the annual city budget by the affirmative votes of at least four
members at any meeting after its adoption, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has hereto-
fore recommended that certain miscellaneous improvements to the main
building, parking lots and other surfacing, and other repairs at
Fred H. Rohr Park be undertaken before the summer season commences,
and
WHEREAS, an amount sufficient to cover the cost of such
miscellaneous improvements was designated in the General Fund Reserve
for Capital Outlay in the 1966-67 fiscal budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Chula Vista that the sum of $ 12,336.00 be appropriated
from the unappropriated surplus of the General Reserve for Capital Outlay
fund for the purpose hereinabove set forth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Officer be, and he
is hereby directed to record this Council action in the accounting
records of. the City.
