RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA
EXTENDING THAT CERTAIN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
CHULA VISTA AND THE SAN DIEGO URBAN LEAGUE, INC., FOR A
NEIGHBORHOOD YOUTH CORPS PROJECT
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby re-
solve as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Chula Vista, by
Resolution No. 4031 adopted the 5th day of April, 1966, approved
that certain agreement between the City of Chula Vista and the San
Diego Urban League, Inc., for a Neighborhood Youth Corps Project, and
WHEREAS, said agreement was extended by Resolution No. 4181
adopted on the 6th day of September, 1966, to and including the 14th
day of March, 1967, and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Officer of the City has recommended
that the provisions of said agreement be again extended by an addi-
tional six-month period.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Chula Vista that that certain agreement for a Neighborhood
Youth Corps Project be, and the same is hereby extended for an addi-
tional six months, commencing on the 15th day of March, 1967, and
ending ran the 14th day of September, 1967.
