Home My WebLink AboutReso 1966-4291RESOLUTION NO. 4291 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING GRANTS OF EASEMENT FROM JAFRO, INC., FOR STREET PURPOSES The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: That those certain grants of easement for street purposes executed by JAFRO, INC., a corporation, dated the 16th day of December, 1966, copies of which are attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby accepted by the said City of Chula Vista for street purposes.
