HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1966-4258Form No. 376 12-66 RESOLUTION NO. 4258 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI~~'Y OF CHULA VISTA WITHDRAWING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS THE FIRST AVENUE ANNEXATION NO. 3 FROM THE MONTGOMERY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, that certain real property known and designated as the First Avenue Annexation No. 3 and more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference thereto, has heretofore been included within the City of Chula Vista by reason of its annexation to said City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOT~VED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that said real property, and the whole thereof, is here- by declared withdrawn from the Montgomery Fire Protection District effective the lst day of January 1967 . 3E IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of said City be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to file certified copies of this resolution with the State Board of Equalization, the Registrar of Voters of San Diego County, the County Assessor of San Diego County and the governing body of the Montgomery Fire Protection District ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Chu Vista California this day of following vote, to wit: AYES: NAYS: ABSENT: ATTEST: 19 by ayoryoot the City of Chula Vista ty Clerk of the City of Ch a Vista STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO ) SS CITY OF CHULA VIST I.
